2. General Data Processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data regularly takes place only with the consent of the user. Data Deletion and Retention Period

3. Hosting & Server Log Files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

- Hostname of the accessing device
- Time of the server request
- IP address (anonymised)

4. Contact Form & EmailJS
When you contact us via the contact form on our website, the data you enter (name, email address, and the content of your message) will be processed to handle your enquiry.
Form submissions are transmitted via the service EmailJS (EmailJS Inc., USA). EmailJS processes the submitted data on servers that may be located outside the EEA. EmailJS is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and/or we rely on EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer.
The data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Meta Pixel & Meta Conversions API
This website uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Meta Pixel (Client-Side)
The Meta Pixel is a JavaScript code snippet that captures conversion events in your browser (e.g., page view, button click, form submission). The data collected is transmitted to Meta and may be used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to create Custom Audiences for retargeting campaigns.
Meta Conversions API (Server-Side)
In addition to the Pixel, we use the Meta Conversions API to send conversion events directly from our server to Meta. Data such as hashed email addresses, IP addresses, or browser identifiers (user agent) are transmitted in anonymised/hashed form. Identification of individual persons by Meta is not directly possible due to hashing.
